Yes. At the time of booking you will have the option of paying 30% of the total price, then you can pay the remainder at the latest 31 days before. If you are making a reservation within 31 days of arrival, you will need to pay the full amount unless agreed with us by email.
All our prices are in euros, if you are paying from a UK account, it will be converted by your bank into UK pounds at the bank's exchange rate. Now there are many other ways to pay such as Transferwise and Revolut which can often save you money with bank charges.
All availability and prices for accommodation, transfers and equipment hire are displayed on our website. Once you have completed the payment page, you will be sent an email confirming what you have booked. When you have fully paid for your accommodation or other services you will be sent a voucher. You will need to print this and bring it with you when you travel. You can also email us at info@livignoskiholidays.com

If you need to change names or contact details you can email us at info@livignoskiholidays.com. There may be an administration fee to pay if it’s within 14 days of your arrival date. If you need to change the dates of your booking, we will always try to do so free of charge but you may be required to pay a cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be emailed from the email address used at the time of booking and sent to info@livignoskiholidays.com Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy listed in our “Terms and Conditions”.

With most hotels and apartments, you can check in from 4pm. Check out is normally between 9am and 10am depending on your chosen accommodation. Times are normally shown on our information page for your accommodation. It helps us if you can provide by email the estimated time of arrival and departure so we can try to have your room ready if you are arriving early.
You will need to have valid identification (i.e. passport or I.D Card). In apartments you will also have a 200€ cash deposit to pay on arrival against breakages (this is returned on departure). There is also the city tax which is also payable on arrival in cash at check in.
You will be sent an email reminding you of the payment a few days before it’s due. If the balance remains unpaid and we have received no emails from you, you will be charged a late fee, or the booking will be subject to cancellation and the loss of all monies already paid.
You can book any service that you will require - Flights, Accommodation, Airport transfers, Ski passes, Ski or snowboard rental, Ski or snowboard lessons, Apres ski events
Yes there is a deposit of 200 Euros to pay in cash if you are staying in an apartment or Chalet which is returned on departure. It you leave before 7.30am we will arrange a bank transfer instead. There is also a city tax to pay on arrival also in cash.

For hotels please speak to your reception who will confirm details. Regarding apartments or Chalets then a time will be confirmed with you to meet and after inspection the deposit will be returned. Please ensure all rubbish and food is cleared and utensils cleaned. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
