We have put below some information on our cancellation policy due to COVID-19 so that you can book with peace of mind. In all cases we would do our best to help you in any situation so please contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or change your dates.
1. All bookings for the 2023/24 ski season, are 100% fully refundable if travel is not permitted because of border closures due to Covid - 19 Government restrictions on travel. This is for accommodation, airport transfers, lift passes, equipment and ski rental. All refunds will be made within 72 hours.
Conflict
2. The above rule also applies if travelling from a country affected by conflict or war if the goverment introduces travel restrictions for tourism
Other updates
Helmets are compulsory for under 18's.
All guests must have insurance that covers 3rd party liability and winter sports. If you do not have this, we can upgrade your ski pass if bought with us for approx 0.95€ per person per day
